Since I started studying biology, I have been fascinated by the magic of new life’s genesis. My academic journey led me to join Zuzana Holubcova’s lab at Masaryk University, Brno (Czech Republic) in 2019, where I dedicated four years to studying human oocytes. I focused on the process of cytoplasmic maturation and delved into the role of the cytoskeleton. During my time there, I completed my Master’s in Experimental Biology in 2022.

Driven by my passion for science, I recently joined the Mogessie lab as a postgraduate. This opportunity is allowing me to acquire valuable skills and collaborate with amazing people on fascinating research questions.
