Surrounded by science from a young age, I have long been captivated by the elegance and complexity of biological systems.

In high school, I spent two years conducting research at the Huang Lab at Johns Hopkins University, where I gained early exposure to experimental biology and scientific inquiry. At Yale, I joined the Mogessie Lab in my first year to deepen my understanding of cellular dynamics and to gain hands-on experience with modern molecular and cell biology approaches. My current project focuses on understanding chromosome organization mechanisms in mammalian oocytes and early embryos.

Now a second-year student majoring in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry, I plan to pursue a PhD after graduation and aspire to a research career in academia.
